What are the steps?

Steps 1 - Get Quote.

• Obtain your list of onsite and offsite tape formats.

The list should include number of tapes listed by brand and condition.

For example: new, used. Brand: Fuji, HP, IBM.

• Send list to info@CleanDataDestruction.com (*or intake form on website if this is possible)

You will receive a spreadsheet with your list and associated offer from Clean Data Destruction.

• All governance and security requirements can be discussed and satisfied to your company’s specification.

Step 2 - Expedite Tape Pick up

• On approval of quote offer, Clean Data Destruction will expedite a secure pickup team to collect your inventory. We will provide chain-of-custody documentation and facilitate the data destruction.

Step 3 - Cheque Hand Delivered to you in your Company’s name.
